2007 - B.EEng (Hons): Synthesising audible tones using multiplexed light spectrum analysis.

• Developed an analog and FPGA based optical subtractive audio synthesiser which transmitted light frequencies embedded with quadrature phase shift keyed data, across a free-space communication channel, which was received and deciphered, resulting in the production of musical tones.

2006 - B.CSc (Hons): Ray tracing clouds using a stochastic photon-particle duality.

• Developed a physically accurate simulation model for finding multivariate numerical solutions to multiple scattering events in participating media, which used a photon/particle principle to improve the sampling strategy used by the Monte Carlo based ray tracing engine.
